Gross developed area (GDA) 6112,00 m2 – enlargement of the existing building: production plant, storage facilities and common spaces in the ground floor and offices on the floor
Gross developed area (GDA) 3235,60 m2 – construction of a new building, a separated freestanding production plant.
Due to the months-long extremely high level of underground waters during the enlargement, the technological water tank has been performed with the relocation in four parts and each of them has been lowered to its position by means of two 100-ton cranes and they have been subsequently connected into one unique whole.
