Policy of the management system
The activities of Kamgrad d.o.o. are aimed at providing a comprehensive service related to the development, management and implementation of construction projects.
High standards of quality of construction services have always been an integral part of the business policy of Kamgrad d.o.o. Our goal is to ensure to our clients complete service, from the decision to perform works to the handover of facilities, all at reasonable prices and within optimal deadlines.
We consider the maintenance of strategic relations between our key customers and suppliers a basic rule of long-term and successful business, and we always try to meet clients’ needs and find the best business solution for each specific case, with full compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
In order to improve and modernize operations, raise the level of management systems, increase energy efficiency and ensure competitiveness, Kamgrad d.o.o. continuously invests in implementation of new technologies and business processes, procurement of energy-efficient equipment and services and takes care of education and personal training of every employee.
Willingness to prevent environmental pollution, injuries and employee diseases, employee participation, and where there are workers’ representatives, favour energy efficient products and services, improve energy management methods and work to continuously improve the management system according to ISO 9001 standards: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 50001: 2018 is a fundamental determinant of our policy of the management system.
The management system policy is the backbone for setting and evaluating the objectives of the management system, with special attention being paid to the inclusion of general and individual quality objectives, environmental protection, health and safety at work, energy efficiency in business planning processes, participation and consultation of workers, meeting legal and other requirements and commitment to eliminating hazards and reducing risks and permanently improving the system.
Active implementation of determinants set out in the policy of the management system is the obligation of all employees and other people working under the supervision of Kamgrad d.o.o.
The management of the company is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and periodically verifying its appropriateness.
The policy of the management system is certified by the responsible person of the company, it is placed on advertising boards in the field of company activities, and for all interested parties can be found at your disposal on the company’s website.
